Barker Pass Connector

About one mile long, the Barker Pass Connector represents a long-awaited safe route to school for many families in the surrounding neighborhoods. This trail of compacted Santa Ynez shale will meander along the west side of Barker Pass Road between Sycamore Canyon and Eucalyptus Hill roads. On the north, it will serve Cold Spring Elementary School; on the south, it reaches Cleveland Elementary School, where it connects with existing pedestrian walkways in Santa Barbara’s Eastside.
